Shipping by Courier
Our company has partnered with ELTA COURIER, XP COURIER and ACS COURIER for the transport and delivery of products.
For purchases of products with a total weight of up to 2 kg, the shipping cost is €4, from 2 to 5 kg the shipping cost is €4.70, and for products over 5 kg, there is a charge of €1.40 for each additional kg.
Delivery takes place from 1 to 4 working days (Monday - Friday).
Shipping with a Transport Agency
In case the products have a large volume or weight (such as vehicle batteries >20 kg), the order is shipped with a transport agency, either of your choice or of our cooperating company. In this case, please contact us before shipping your order.
With this shipping method, cash on delivery is not possible. You will need to deposit the amount of the order in one of our bank accounts.
The company XIDEAS.gr cooperates with transport companies throughout Greece.
Pick up from the store
You can pick up your order from the store at 166 Gounaari Street in Glyfada, from Monday to Friday, 07:00 am - 09:00 pm, and Saturday 07:00 am - 06:00 pm, without any charge.
Product Returns
You have the right to return the product you purchased, within 14 days from the date of receipt, on condition that the product has not been used, its commercial packaging is closed and you have the retail receipt or invoice.
In this case, the cost of returning the products is your responsibility.
