High strength silicone varnish

Silicone solvent anti-rust varnish with extra UV protection. 
It has great hardness and gloss
which remains unchanged over time. 
It offers excellent protection, preserves the image of the rusty effect and can be a clean final coating of varnish paints. 
Suitable for interior and exterior surfaces. 
It gives the possibility of a matte finish especially for interior decorative metal surfaces, as well as the possibility of matte finishing painted or not, external metal surfaces. 
It is gently moistened and spreads very well.

PREPARATORY WORK

New metal surfaces or old painted surfaces should be cleaned with T300 Dissolution Brush, dry and smooth, free of dust, oil and sanded with appropriate sandpaper.
On newly painted surfaces Heavy Metal Silicon Varnish is applied directly as a final protective layer.

APPLICATION

Dilute up to 5% with Brush Dissolution T300 for roller or brush or T350 for gun and stir well before use. 
We apply the first layer with a roller, brush or gun. 
Repaint after 24 hours. Application at 5-35°C and <80% RH. 
For outdoor use, do not apply if there is a risk of rain/frost in the next 48 hours.
Rollers, brushes are cleaned with brush thinner T300, and then with soap or detergent. 
The guns are cleaned with T-350 gun thinner. 
Surfaces painted with Heavy Metal Silicon Varnish are washed after 30 days from painting.
