IDEAL FOR

Ideal for small solder. It glues almost all solid and flexible materials, many plastics (such as rigid PVC, ABS, PS, Plexiglas®, polycarbonate (Makrolon®) and phenolic resins (Bakelite®)), leather, porcelain, ceramics, metals, wood, cork, felt, fabric (check suitability first) and rubber. Only partially suitable for glass (after some time the bond becomes brittle, causing fading).

BEFORE USE

Working conditions

Do not use at temperatures below +10°C. Glue responds optimally to an air humidity level of 50-70%.

Personal safety

Cyanoacriletic adhesives harden extremely quickly under the presence of moisture (such as air humidity, moisture in the skin, sweating, sebum, tears); For this reason, you need to be careful when using, especially with regard to children and contact with the skin and eyes. But even without processing, cyanoacriletic adhesives dissolve naturally over time.

Surface requirements

The materials to be glued must be clean, dry, have no dust and oiliness and apply correctly.

Preliminary surface treatment

• Any dust, oils, fats, wax or separation agents should be thoroughly removed from the surfaces to be glued. The best way to achieve this is to rub the parts sometimes with appropriate solvents, such as acetone (if this is appropriate for the material – first check!).
• For metals and metal alloys it is usually enough to explod the surface, using emery paper or by rubbing or brushing.

DURING USE

Instructions

1. To pierce the film, turn the entire lid clockwise onto the container. 2. Unscrew the top cover to reveal the application device. Apply a thin layer of glue on one side. Squeeze the parts together immediately. After use: Clean the nozzle with a dry cloth and replace the lid. Store in a cool, dry place.

Advice

When sticking to low humidity, the hardening time can be reduced by a short exhalation in one of the parts to be assembled. The best glue results are achieved at room temperature.

Points of attention

Contains cyanoacrylate. It connects the skin and eyelids together in seconds. If the product comes into contact with eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of water and seek medical advice. In case of contact with the skin, the glue can be dissolved by immersion in warm soapy water. Then apply a skin cream. It can cause respiratory irritation. Avoid vapor respiration. Keep out of the reach of children.

AFTER USE

Stains / debris

Wipe the excess glue immediately with a dry cloth. After hardening, the glue residue is very difficult to remove. Acetone will dissolve the glue but very slowly (check the suitability first).

Storage conditions

Store in a dry, cool place, where there is no possibility of ice formation. Storage at a temperature below +5°C (in the refrigerator) ensures maximum shelf-life.
