Modified rubber-based polymer sealant for watertight sealing, protection and repair.

IDEAL FOR

Suitable for sealing, protecting and repairing almost all materials such as wood, cement, metal, zinc, asphalt, EPDM (tested first), PVC, etc.
Excellent adhesion even on PP/PE. Suitable for indoor and outdoor use such as bathrooms, roofs, cellars, walls and gardens.
Seals shower bases, gutters, pipe systems, window frames, skylights, foundations and objects touching the ground etc.
Also suitable as an anti-slip substrate, protection of metal and wood (for example - garden stakes) and for coating.

BEFORE USE

Working conditions
Do not apply at temperatures below +5 °C. Can be exposed to water (rain) after 12 hours.

Preliminary surface treatment
The surfaces must be dry, clean, free of dust and grease.
Sand if necessary.

Tools
Brush, roller or spatula.

Cover
Usage: 1.5-2.5 L/m2.

Instructions for use

Before use, mix well by hand until a uniform color is achieved.
The surfaces must be dry, clean and free from dust and grease.
Rub them if necessary.
Apply using a brush, roller or rubber spatula (minimum 2 coats), with a waiting time of approximately 10 minutes between coats.
Tip: use fabric sealing tape in combination with BISON Rubber Seal to bridge cracks, cracks and seams and achieve the ideal layer thickness.
Apply the fabric waterproofing tape immediately after applying the first layer, press well and immediately cover with the second layer.
Rubber Seal dries after approximately 3 hours, can accept water (rain) after 12 hours and is fully cured after 48 hours, depending on the amount applied and the ambient conditions.
Minimum layer thickness: 2 mm. Usage: 1.5-2.5 L/m2

Do not apply the product at temperatures below +5°C.
Accepts water (rain) after 12 hours.
If joint sealant is used in conjunction with Rubber Seal®, we strongly recommend using a neutral silicone sealant to avoid discoloration of the sealant

AFTER USE
Stains / residues
Immediately remove liquid residue with water.
Dried residues can only be removed mechanically.

Storage conditions

Properly sealed packages must be stored in a dry, cool and frost-resistant place at temperatures between +5 °C and +25 °C.
Shelf life: At least 18 months in closed packaging.
Opened packaging reduces shelf life.
