IDEAL FOR

Ideal for sealing in kitchen applications, such as seams and cracks in the kitchen counter on wall and floor tiles, sink and wall tiles between them. Excellent adhesion to all materials inside and outside the kitchen, such as glass, natural and synthetic stone, granite, peeled wood, cement, stainless steel and many other metals and synthetics. Ideal in applications that require high hygiene.

 

BEFORE USE

Working conditions

Apply only at temperatures between +5°C and +40°C.

Surface requirements

Surfaces should be dry, clean without dust, rust and grease.

Preliminary surface treatment

For an ideal result, cover the edges of the joints with masking tape. If necessary prevent traction in three points by filling the joint with a foam support bar with PE film

DURING USE

Management / preparation of the cartridge

Instructions

Evenly pour the sealant into the joint, using a sealing gun, and smooth within 5 to 10 minutes using an acid-free soap solution (use for example, a wet finger or BISON Multi tool). Remove the mask tape immediately after grinding and close the cartridge. After 15 minutes, a superficial skin will form. Maturation 4 mm in 24 hours, depending on the relative humidity and temperature.

Points of attention

• The kitchen can be used after 3 hours (water resistant). The silicone has not yet fully matured, so do not touch or exert large loads. The contained quantity covers about 15 m of joint 6x6 mm. Store with a very tightly closed package in a cool place without the presence of ice.
• Shelf life of at least 15 months.
• Limited shelf life after opening.

AFTER USE

Stains / debris

Immediately remove stains with white spirit. Matured silicone can be removed mechanically.

Storage conditions

Store with a very tightly closed package in a dry place and a temperature from +5°C and +25°C.
