CHARACTERISTICS:

V pliers for all radial presses on the market for Ø28mm copper pipe.
High strength pressing tongs made of forged and highly hardened special steel.
The pressing contours of the REMS pressing tongs are adapted to the respective system and correspond to the pressing contours of the respective press fitting systems.
This ensures perfect and safe pressing, compatible with the respective system.
Crimping jaws of the crimping tongs with mechanically curved crimp contour precisely machined in CNC machining centers.
Thus production tolerances are significantly reduced compared to simple molded press contours.
Traceability according to EN 1775:2007

REMS crimping tongs / rings with crimp contour M, V, SA, B, HR and UP have a specific marking on the crimp contour, which after the crimping process, leaves an imprint directly on the crimp connection.
So the operator can check even after the pressing process, whether the right pressing tongs or the right pressing ring was used to create the press connection.
With this traceability, REMS meets the recommendations of the European Standard ΕΝ 1775:2007 for the installation of gas pressurization systems.
