Sika® Boom 521 Foam Fix 592039 (minimum quantity 12 pcs)

The Sika Boom®-521 FoamFix is one component, highly limited bulking, fast curing polyurethane foam applied with pistol. It is particularly suitable for thermal insulation systems-Thermofacade.

Applications

Sika Boom®-521 FoamFix is particularly easy to use on plasterboard and the following insulating materials:

  • Extruded polystyrene plates (XPS)
  • Styrofoam – Expanded polystyrene plates (EPS)
  • Wood fibreboard
  • Cork Plates
  • Polyurethane boards/Polyisocyanuria (PUR/PIR)

Also used for:

  • Installation of insulating panels and filling of created gaps in the application of the adhesive
  • Welding of wooden building materials in concrete, metals, etc.
  • All types of applications requiring polyurethane foam with limited swelling
  • For installing and isolating window and door frames

  • High efficiency-up to 55 litres, depending on humidity and temperature
  • Behaviour in Fire: Class E (EN 13501-1), B2 (DIN 4102)
  • Ability to use at low temperatures (0 °C)
  • Does not contain any promotional gases that damage the ozone layer
