APPLICATIONS

The Sika MonoTop®-634 HP is high-performance, compensated shrinkage, free-flow cementitious mortar for thickeners between 10mm and 100mm, suitable for:

• Restorations of cross-section of concrete elements (using molds), such as columns, beams, decks of bridges
• Reinforcement of concrete elements using injected mortars (cross-section increase)
• Restoration of cementitious industrial floors, with a requirement of high abrasion resistance
• Anchoring applications (missiles, dizes, screws, anchors of all types)
• Fills by simple casting or pumping in gaps, pits, recesses in concrete, masonry, stone, etc.
• Repair work (Principle 3, method 3.2 of EN 1504-9:2008). Repair of crushed and damaged concrete in building applications, bridges and infrastructure projects.
• Structural reinforcements (Principle, method 4.2 of EN 1504-9). Installation of steel reinforcement in preformed or specially pre-drilled holes in concrete.
• Structural reinforcements (Principle 4, method 4.4 of EN 1504-9). Increase of the bearing capacity of the concrete construction with the addition of mortar.
• Work on industrial floors (EN 13813, CT-C50-F7-AR6). Restoration, indoors or outdoors, of industrial floors with high abrasion/wear resistance.
