NANO-ACRYLIC innovative matte color trihybrid (TRIBRID) nanotechnology

Very high strength matte NANO – ACRYLIC innovative paint for external masonry surfaces, trihybrid nanotechnology (TRIBRID NANO TECHNOLOGY: Silica – Acrylic – Silicone). 
It offers top quality, brighter, more color-stable and cleaner facades, since due to its properties, it prevents the accretion of inorganic, organic and biological pollutants (eg fungi, algae) over time. 
Its strong mineral base allows surfaces that are painted when wet to dry quickly and "breathe". 
Due to its excellent adhesion, it can be applied to new and old surfaces of plaster, concrete, silicate and silicone paints, ETICS, etc. with proper preparation.

Acrylan MAX, based on trihybrid nanotechnology, combines all the advantages of silicate, acrylic and silicone paints offering high value in buildings where it is used as paint and protection, offering lower maintenance costs due to its significant
longer life on these surfaces as well as a very low environmental footprint. 
Acrylan MAX is certified by the University of Athens, Department of Physics, for its properties as a cold color and is characterized by high reflectivity value (SR), high emission factor (ε) and high reflectivity index to solar radiation (SRI).

PREPARATORY WORK
Surfaces must be clean, dry and smooth, free of dust, oil or any loose materials.  
For puttying holes and spatulating any cracks, Acrylic Putty is used. 
New or old surfaces made of plaster, concrete, or spatula surfaces are primed with Acrylan Unco Eco ensuring maximum water vapor permeability.

APPLICATION
The product is thoroughly stirred before use. 
It is applied in two layers with a roller, brush or airless gun and diluted up to 10% with water.
It should not be applied at temperatures below 5°C, greater than 35°C and/or relative humidity above 70% or if there is a risk of rain or frost in the next forty-eight hours.
The product is dry to the touch in 30-60 minutes and repainted after 3-4 hours. 
These times vary depending on weather conditions (relative humidity and temperature).
Surfaces painted with Acrylan MAX are washed using a soft sponge with water and in case of stubborn stains with soft, colorless detergent, after at least three weeks have elapsed since painting.
The tools are cleaned immediately after use with water and, if necessary, with soap or detergent.
