Special silicone aluminium color with resistance to very high temperatures (~600οC). Suitable for heated metal surfaces such as: exhausts, fireplaces, chimneys, stoves and industrial applications.

GENERAL CHARACTERISTICS

Special silicone aluminium color with high temperature resistance up to 600οC. Suitable for painting metal surfaces such as stoves, chimneys, car exhausts, as well as for industrial applications that require resistance to high temperatures.

PRE-WORK
The surfaces must be cleaned with A 300 Thresher brush, be dry and smooth, dust-free, oil-free and smoothed with appropriate sandpaper.

Application
The product is well churned before use. It is applied to a roll or brush layer without dilution and without primer. The thickness of the dry film does not need to exceed 30μm. You dont need a second layer. After application it must be 24 hours before the painted surface is heated. It must not be applied at temperatures below 5 °C, greater than 35°C and/or a relative humidity above 80%.
CAUTION: The product obtains maximum hardness and anti-rust protection when it is gradually heated to 200-300οC for an hour, where fumes may occur depending on the time elapsed since the paint and the heat temperature achieved.
The product is dry to the touch in 1-2 hours, depending on the weather conditions (relative humidity and temperature).
The tools are cleaned with A 350 T 350 Pistol Solvent.
