VIVECHROM - Extra Neochrom / White Varnish Paint for Metals and Woods 5lt - 14228

EXTRA NEOCHROM is a glossy varnish paint of high durability, which keeps its gloss and shades unchanged offering protection and beauty that lasts. It is suitable for all internal or external metal and wooden surfaces. It forms a hard and at the same time elastic finish, with high resistance to adverse weather conditions, air pollution and washing. It works softly, spreads wonderfully and has great coverage. 

Type: Alkyd resin varnish paint. Specific gravity: 0,92 -1,17 gr/cm3 (ISO 2811), depending on the shade. Viscosity : 5-8 ps (ROTOTHINNER DIN 51550, 25°C) Method of application: Brush, roller. Dilution: Ready to use. Yield: Approximately 13-16m2 per liter on properly prepared surfaces. Drying: To the touch in 5 hours and repainted after 24 hours. These times vary depending on weather conditions (humidity, temperature). Shades: Available in 53 shades in glossy finish as well as Matte Black. Storage: Store at temperatures from 5 ο C to 40ο C.

SURFACE PREPARATION

Surfaces must be clean and dry. • Treatment such as dry sanding, use of flame to cut or weld painted surfaces will create dust and/or dangerous fumes. Liquid scrubbing should be used where possible. If exposure cannot be avoided by providing local ventilation, appropriate respiratory protection equipment should be used. • For corrosion protection of metal surfaces use the anti-rust primer RUST PRIMER. • For wooden surfaces, after proper preparation (drying, oiling, puttying, spatulating) use VELATURA substrate.
