VIVE PRIMER 100% Acrylic Primer for Plastics is a translucent water primer for plastic & acrylic paints. It is applied to interior and exterior surfaces of plaster, cement and spatular surfaces. It has very good adhesion and penetration, great elasticity and resistance to alkaline surfaces, achieving very good binding of the substrate. It is easy to apply and has high efficiency. It facilitates spreading and ensures an even surface in the final color.

Type: 100% acrylic primer plastic, water base. Method of application: Roller, brush or airless gun. Dilution: 300-400% with clean water. Yield: Approximately 15-20m² per liter per layer on properly prepared surfaces, depending on dilution and absorbency. Drying: To the touch in less than an hour and repainted after 2-3 hours. These times vary depending on weather conditions (humidity, temperature). Storage: At temperature from 5°C to 40°C. 

SURFACE PREPARATION

Surfaces must be clean, dry and free from defective or poor consistency materials, dust, oils and salts. • Treatment such as dry sanding, use of flame to cut or weld painted surfaces will create dust and/or dangerous fumes. Liquid scrubbing should be used where possible. If exposure cannot be avoided by providing local ventilation, appropriate respiratory protection equipment should be used. • For puttying and plastering surfaces: Use NEOPAL STUCCO.

APPLICATION

Dilute with 300-400% pure water and stir well before use. • Dilute in a ratio of 1 part VIVE PRIMER with 3-4 parts clean water to penetrate and bind the surface in depth, without creating a glossy film. • Apply 1 hand VIVE PRIMER. • Ensure good ventilation during application and drying. • Application and drying at a temperature of 10°C to 35°C.
