VIVEPOX PRIMER 100 is a two-component epoxy substrate with a large penetrating capacity, suitable for dyeing alkaline building surfaces such as concrete, cement mortar, Plaster, bricks. It has excellent resistance to chemicals, solvents, oils and greases. It has a great deal of hardness, strong adhesion and great impermeability in moisture. Recommended as a substrate for swimming pools, in conjunction with VIVEPOOL. Also for floors such as garages, factories, where it is applied in conjunction with VIVEFLOOR.

SURFACE PREPARATION

Surfaces must be clean and dry, free from flimsy materials or paints in poor powders, oils and salts. ? New concrete or cement surfaces must be stained at least one month after their construction. Surfaces already painted with single-component colors should be cleaned with solvents or mechanical means, while two-component colours and generally smooth surfaces can be thoroughly rubbed. Fungi and algae are cleaned with fungal liquid purifying Vivechrom. ? Treatment such as scrubbing, flame cleaning, etc. painted surfaces can be dust and/or fumes. Liquid scrubbing should be used where it is possible. If exposure cannot be avoided by providing local ventilation, it should be appropriate equipment to protect breathing.

Application

After preparing the surface mix the two components of VIVEPOX PRIMER 100, dilute the mixture with VIBECHROM SOLVENT A/8759 up to 20% and stir well until full Homogenization. ? Apply a VIVEPOX PRIMER 100 hand. The product is usually applied with a brush to more penetrated into the pores of the surface, while large surfaces are stained with a roll or Airless pistol. ? Caution should be exercised in the life of the mixture. Do not apply to very low or high temperatures or when the relative humidity exceeds 70%.
