DUROSTICK D-22 waterproofs-Oil repellent marbles and granite 1Kgr

Waterproofs and oil repellent liquid, Silloxantha base, with high penetrating capacity (micro technology). Its protective action creates an invisible superficial film that does not peel and glide. Prevents staining from oil, wine, soft drink, ink, slag, pet pollutants, atmospheric pollutants, etc.

The easy and quick application of DUROSTICK D-22 in marble and granite investments, in building facades, prevents for at least 4 years the absorption of atmospheric pollutants, resulting in easier cleaning. It is necessary in kitchen stalls, statues, pebbles of all sizes and colors, monuments, floors, walls.

D-22 prevents stains from being absorbed in polished or glazed marbles, on terraces or indoors, after watering potted plants.

1. Surface Preparation

Polished surfaces

In order to offer additional oil repellency, we clean with biodegradable cleaner DUROSTICK Bioclean (for tile-granite joints-marbles). Prior to application, preventive testing is recommended to determine that the surface can absorb the material.

Glazed surfaces

In the case of aged and very stained marbles, it is recommended to use marbles DUROSTICK D-21 cleaner.

2. Application

D-22 is applied as is, with roller or brush, on dry surfaces, free from dust. If the surface is porous, 2 coatings are required with a difference of 2-3 hours between them. Any debris is removed with a dry, soft, lint-free cloth. If you want the surfaces to polish, it is recommended to apply the Marbles DUROSTICK D-25.
