Early resistance plaster, easy to use, crystalline base, with strong adhesion and durability for every masonry repair. It has identical granulometry with the final layer plasters, so it does not stand out and offers the ideal solution for repairs (Merematia). It is classified in category R-CS II, according to ΕΝ 998-1.
The D-32 plaster is suitable for the restoration of intense cracks of 2-10 mm thickness in plasters and repair of broken corners. Replaces the final coat plaster when there is time pressure. Covers holes in the perimeter of switches and panels that occur after the completion of electrical works. Repairs defects resulting from the work of car repair aluminium, plumbing and tiles. Its effectiveness in the daily needs of the painter makes it an indispensable tool. The addition of a D-20 acrylic emulsion in water, in a ratio of 1 part emulsion to 3 parts water, increases adhesion, durability and tightness while improving plasticity.
1. Surface Preparation
To ensure good adhesion of the material, the surfaces must be stable, free from flimsy spots, while it is necessary to wetting them before applying the plaster.
2. Application
Mix the contents with water, at a ratio of 25 kg D-32 to 5.5-5.75 LT Water (1.1 lt: 5 kg), using a cement mixer or low-speed drill, until complete homogenization of the mixture is achieved. The plaster is spread with trowel or prickly shovel and rubbed with a sander, after 30-40 minutes.
