Acrylic, fine-grained, white cement mortar, enriched with water-repellent resins. With the addition of water, a creamy paste is obtained, the spreading with a metal spatula or its application with a launch machine, result in the creation of a perfectly smooth and durable surface, without imperfections (bubbles, streaks). It dries quickly, does not pop, does not, breathes and does not need priming before application. It spreads softly, rubs easily and has great efficiency.

The coloring of STUCOFIX - P with the addition of pigments in durocolor powder -C powder form (in 96 shades of color chart), facilitates the visual control of the stuttered surfaces for any imperfections and reduces the "hands" for their final paintingTHE STUCOFIX-P is applied as a thin layer finish on surfaces of marble plaster, drywall or smooth concrete to be covered with paint or wallpaper. It is also applied as a final coating on surfaces that have been covered either with POWDER COAT or with DUROSTICK GRANULAR (materials for the smoothing of intense surface concrete-plaster imperfection)1. Surface preparation

To ensure good adhesion of the material the application surfaces must be thoroughly cleaned and free from loose spots and dusts. Any formwork oils that may exist are removed with biodegradable oil cleaner BIOCLEAN (for industrial use).

Avoid applying the product when the temperature in the environment or on the application surface exceeds 35 oC. Wet the external surfaces with care, especially, to ensure excellent adhesion conditions and eliminate the risk of dehydration of the product, which would result in a reduction of its strength.

2. Implementation

We mix the material with clean water in a ratio of 20 kg of powder: 8 lt of water approximately (2 lt: 5 kg), stirring with a low-speed drill, until a homogeneous paste without lumps is created, which is ready for use after 10 minutes. The mixture remains working for 3-4 hours, while it is recommended to periodically stir it without the addition of extra water. Each layer of putty should follow 2-3 hours after the previous one. The material is applied with a spatula in 2 or more layers.
