Within the range of diamond drills for dry cutting, the RUBI features DRYGRES 4DRILL bits.

The DRYGRES 4DRILL diamond series is recommended for drilling all types of ceramic tiles, especially ceramic porcelain and other tile materials such as marble and granite.

In the DRYGRES 4DRILL drill series, RUBI has used vacuum welding technology, VACUUM BRAZED, which increases temperature resistance and friction, to fix diamond particles in the cutting area.

DRYGRES 4DRILL pieces are ideal for placing bathroom accessories or any type of decoration accessories on ceramic surfaces and/or natural stone.

DRYGRES 4DRILL diamond drill pieces are designed to be used exclusively either by wireless drill or electric drill.

Their hexagonal connection allows them to adapt quickly to drills with a 13 mm chuck.

The drilling depth of the DRYGRES 4DRILL is 36 mm. for a diameter of 6, 8 and 10 mm, and a depth of 40 mm for drills with a diameter of 12, 14 and 20 mm.

All DRYGRES 4DRILL bits contain wax inside.

This wax melts during the use of the drill and facilitates the cooling and evacuation of drilling residues (If the wax is finished, the drill can continue to operate; only the total loss of the diamond indicates the end of the drills life.).

Being dry, it is necessary, for proper cooling of the drill, to make a light orbital and steady movement during drilling, as well as eliminate any remaining material, between the drilling holes.

DRYGRES 4DRILL drills, from RUBI, have a system that prevents the loss of this candle from the back of the drill, thus concentrating the wax, always on the edge and ensuring lubrication during drilling.

The minimum recommended speed of use for DRYGRES 4DRILL diamonds is 1000 rpm.

For a better finish and longer drill duration, it is important to respect the appropriate rotational speed and perform a light orbital motion during drilling, as well as to make sure that once the hole is finished, there are no remnants of the perforated material inside the drill.
