Repairing cement mortar of high mechanical strength, for thin coatings, from 2-20 mm/layer, without the need of molding on the vertical surfaces. Thanks to its ion migration technology, it prevents the oxidation of the reinforcing rods of concrete. It has strong adhesion to the substrate, very good workability, resistance to moisture and frost, and does not show pitting

The DUROSTICK D-55 is ideal for repairing cracks in floors and walls as well as for the coverage of construction defects created after the casting of concrete. Restores damage to the concrete on balcony facades, angles of columns and beams that have emerged from the oxidation of their weaponry, from weathering or impact. It is recommended for repair work in tunnels, channels, for the creation of gutters prior to the application of sealing materials, to cover the damaged spots around the frame or marble aprons1. Surface Preparation

The cement substrate must be free from flimsy spots, powders and oils of woodpress and be thoroughly wetted. If it is flimsy, it should be primed with a micromolecular STABILIZER aquafix or acrylic emulsion D-20 or WITH DUROSTOP OF DUROSTICK. In oxidized arms the rust should be removed and then the surface to be coated with the RUST FREE POWDER corrosion inhibitor or to BE fastened with natural MINIUM or METAL primer of DUROSTICK.

2. Application

Pour the cement mortar D-55 into clean water, at a ratio of 25 kg D-55 to 5 lt water (1 lt: 5 kg) and stir with a low-speed drill or a cement mixer. The mixture remains working for 2 hours and is applied either "pressed" with trowel, or by firing, in thickness up to 20 mm/layer. If a second coating is followed, the surface of the first layer should be "rough" to achieve proper traction.
