VITEX - Relief / White Plastic Paint Embossed 15kg - 12641

Embossed plastic paint for outdoor use based on PVA-VEOVA copolymer resins. It has high coverage and excellent resistance to moisture and adverse atmospheric conditions. It spreads very well without leaving splice and acquires great hardness, without bursting. Vitexs Relief paints surfaces from any material after proper preparation.

PREPARATORY WORK

The surfaces must be clean, dry and smooth, free of dust, oil or any loose materials.For puttying holes and spatulating any cracks, Acrylic Building Putty is used.Old water-colored surfaces (with lime or glue) are primed with Durovit or Acrylan Unco Eco or Vitosin.New surfaces of plaster, concrete, bricks, etc., as well as spatulated surfaces are primed with Durovit or Acrylan Unco Eco.

APPLICATION

The product is thoroughly stirred before use. It is applied with a common roller and immediately afterwards, even before drying, it is worked with a special roller to form the desired embossed pattern (bibiki). Dilute up to 10% with water if you want a thinner embossed pattern (bibiki). It should not be applied at temperatures below 5oC, greater than 35oC and/or relative humidity above 70% or if there is a risk of rain or frost in the next forty-eight hours.The product is dry to the touch in 20-30 minutes. It is repainted with any Vitex acrylic paint, after cleaning. The paint acquires its final hardness after about a week. These times vary depending on weather conditions (relative humidity and temperature).The tools are cleaned immediately after use with water and if necessary with soap or detergent.
