DUROSTICK P. V. C GRAY 250gr

Strong adhesive for PVC plastic pipes for water supply and sanitation. It withstands the difference in cold and hot water temperature, vibration and ageing. The stable and ideal density of the DUROSTICK PVC adhesive allows the filling of the diameters of the pipes that are presented when the fittings are mounted and results in an unbreakable gluing. It has a built-in stopper, a special spheroid brush that does not pluck

The PVC DUROSTICK adhesive is suitable for welds water pipes, sewage or pool of cross section up to 400 mm and pressure resistance up to 16 Atm. It is possible TO stick PVC pipes even face to face (Sokoro).

1. Surface Preparation

Peel the ends of the pipes that will be coated with glue from powders, oils and fats with a clean cloth. For welds high requirements, it is recommended to precede cleaning with DUROSTICK PVC PRIMER.

2. Application

Spread a layer of glue on both surfaces without stalling (maximum wait time 2 minutes) and join the soldering parts. Make sure that the tube segments remain stable for at least 15 minutes. The final test at operating pressure should be done after 24 hours. Close the packaging thoroughly after use.
