Durable, fast-drying, anti-rust varnish-paint with excellent resistance to washing, lubricants and petroleum products. It has strong adhesion, high elasticity and special resistance to blows. It is ideal for painting car chassis and all metal surfaces, while it can also be used as an anti-rust substrate.

PREPARATORY WORK

The surfaces must be cleaned with Brush Thinner T 300, be dry and smooth, free of dust, oil and sanded with appropriate sandpaper.Metallic glossy surfaces (galvanized, aluminum, etc.) are primed with Glossy Primer or Wash Primer.

APPLICATION

The product is thoroughly stirred before use. It is applied in two coats with a roller or brush with 5% dilution with Brush Thinner T 300 or airless gun with 5% dilution with T 350 Gun Thinner. It should not be applied at temperatures below 5οC, higher than 35οC and/or relative humidity above 80%.The product is dry to the touch in 1-2 hours and repainted after 20-24 hours. These times vary depending on weather conditions (relative humidity and temperature).Rollers, brushes and stains on the floor are cleaned with Brush Thinner T 300 and then with soap or detergent. The guns are cleaned with T 350 Gun Thinner.
