VITEX - Radiater / White Varnish Paint for Heated Metal Surfaces 750ml - 11057

Special glossy, white varnish paint of alkyd resins, suitable for heated metal surfaces, such as radiators, boiler covers, etc. It offers great coverage, elasticity, very good spread and excellent adhesion. It withstands temperatures up to 100ο C without yellowing or peeling.

PREPARATORY WORK

Surfaces must be cleaned with Brush Thinner T 300, dry and smooth, free of dust, oil and sanded with appropriate sandpaper.

APPLICATION

The product is thoroughly stirred before use. It is applied in two coats with a roller or brush with 5% dilution with Brush Thinner T 300 or airless gun with 5% dilution with T 350 Gun Thinner. It should not be applied at temperatures lower than 5οC, higher than 35οC and/or relative humidity above 80%.The product is dry to the touch in 2-3 hours and repainted after 20-24 hours. These times vary depending on weather conditions (relative humidity and temperature). Surfaces painted with Radiater are washed after 30 days from painting.Rollers, brushes and stains on the floor are cleaned with Brush Thinner T 300 and then with soap or detergent. The guns are cleaned with T 350 Gun Thinner.
