Verolac is a glossy, alkyd varnished solvent of high strength, suitable for all external and internal metal surfaces. It has great hardness, coverage and gloss that is kept unchanged. Due to its special composition, it is an excellent anti-corrosion finish for any kind of metal surface. Its shades remain unchanged in adverse weather conditions and washing. It is worked softly, spreads very well and offers protection and beauty.

PREPARATORY WORK

The surfaces must be cleaned with Brush Thinner T 300, be dry and smooth, free of dust, oils and sanded with appropriate sandpaper.Metal surfaces are primed with anti-rust primer (Anti-Rust Primer, New Type Minion or Metal Primer).Metallic glossy surfaces (galvanized, aluminum, etc.) are primed with Glossy Primer or Wash Primer.

APPLICATION

The product is thoroughly stirred before use. It is applied in two coats with a roller or brush with 5% dilution with Brush Thinner T 300 or airless gun with 5% dilution with T 350 Gun Thinner. It should not be applied at temperatures lower than 5οC, higher than 35οC and/or relative humidity above 80%.The product is dry to the touch in 2-3 hours and repainted after 20-24 hours. These times vary depending on weather conditions (relative humidity and temperature). Surfaces painted with Verolac are washed after 30 days from painting.Rollers, brushes and stains on the floor are cleaned with Brush Thinner T 300 and then with soap or detergent. The guns are cleaned with T 350 Gun Thinner.
