VIVECHROM - Vivelock Gloss / Special Anticorrosive Glossy Paint Directly on Rust No 9 PENCIL 750ml - 12200

VIVELOCK GLOSS is a special glossy paint, which is applied directly to rusty metal surfaces without anti-rust primer. It is the easy and effective solution for rust and protection of new or old metal surfaces, such as doors, railings and all kinds of iron structures. 
It has strong adhesion, great hardness and very good spreading. 
It offers excellent corrosion protection and a beautiful finish that keeps its gloss and shades unchanged for a long time. 

Type: Color of specially modified alkyd resins.

Specific gravity: 0,93 - 1,14 gr/cm3, depending on the shade (ISO 2811)

Viscosity: 9,5 – 10,5 P (ROTOTHINNER DIN 51550)

Method of application: Brush, gun.

Attenuation:
If dilution is required during application, add up to 3% by volume. VIVECHROM BRUSH TLENDER. 

Yield: 
Approximately 4.5 - 9 m2 per liter on properly prepared surfaces, for a dry film thickness of 100 - 50 μm respectively.

Drying: 
To the touch in 4 hours and repainted the next day (24 hours). 
These times vary depending on weather conditions (humidity, temperature)

Shades: Available in white and 16 shades of color chart.

SURFACE PREPARATION

Surfaces must be clean and dry.
Treatment such as dry sanding, using flame to cut or weld painted surfaces will create dust and/or dangerous fumes. 
Liquid scrubbing should be used where possible. 
If exposure cannot be avoided by providing local ventilation, appropriate respiratory protection equipment should be used.

APPLICATION

Brush application: Ready to use. 
Apply 2 thick hands VIVELOCK GLOSS. 

Application with a gun: Apply 3 hands VIVELOCK GLOSS diluted up to 15% with PISTOL THINNER. 
Ensure that all corners and hard-to-reach areas of the surface are properly covered so that there are no small holes that allow moisture to seep in.
