Bondex - Long Life UV / Colorless Satin Water Impregnation Varnish 2,5lt - 00297

Water soluble, transparent satin outdoor impregnation varnish resistant to ultraviolet UV radiation.

Special properties:
Provides long-lasting protection against decay, graying and cyanosis.

For best results on new surfaces, prime with BONDEX LONG LIFE WOOD PRESERVATIVE.

Used:
Windows, shutters, eaves, pergolas and any timber indoors and outdoors.

Coverage:
1 liter is enough for about 13 m2 for each painting hand, depending on the surface.

Storage:
3 years in unopened packaging. 
The material in opened packaging is kept only for a limited time. 
Contains fungicide to protect dry film.

Tip from Dyrup:
Wrap your brushes in foil or plastic wrap during work breaks. 
They will remain ready for use.

Preparation:
The substrate should be dry, clean of grease, oils and wax. 
Sandpaper the faded wooden surfaces and completely remove the wood that has become unusable. 
Completely remove old damaged coatings until the pores are revealed. 
Lightly sandpaper on varnish coatings that are in good condition. 
On raw softwood outdoors, apply 1 hand of BONDEX Long Life Wood Preservative and 3 hands of BONDEX LONG LIFE UV. 
For other types of wood outdoors: 3 hands BONDEX LONG LIFE UV.

Application:
Ready to use, do not dilute. 
Stir well before use. 
Apply the product with a brush or roller. 
Waterproof the wood with additional paint hands at the intersection points and joining points. 
Do not close doors and windows until 48 hours have passed since application. 
Not suitable for horizontal surfaces. 
Do not apply or store below +10°C and/or relative air humidity >80%. 
Highly resinous woods must first be cleaned with nitro solvent. 
Some species of tropical timber may blur the colorless varnish coating or delay drying.
