The concrete repair mortar class R4, RC 440 is according to EN 1504-9 suitable for:
repairs and restoration of concrete (Principle 3, Method 3.1 of EN 1504-9) in indoor and outdoor spaces such as industrial floors with heavy traffic, exhibition spaces, shopping centers, offices, etc.
structural concrete repairs and increasing the bearing capacity of the structure by adding mortar to columns, beams, load-bearing masonry, etc. (Principle 4, Method 4.4 of EN 1504-9)
maintaining or restoring the passivity of concrete (Principle 7, Method 7.1 & 7.2 of EN 1504-9) by increasing coverage with additional mortar
leveling 5 – 30mm thickness in one layer, on ceilings, horizontal and/or vertical surfaces
spot restorations up to 50 mm – filling gaps, nests and small imperfections
as a substrate for PLANOCOLOR SYSTEM decorative coatings on walls, floors and ceilings
