APPLICATIONS

• Applications of large thickness, filling cracks, jointings, flattening and coating of existing or new masonry (brickwork, masonry, mixed, etc.)
• Local repairs to existing plasters
• Repairs (non-structural), reformulation & restoration of cross-section of concrete elements with damages to horizontal or vertical surfaces. Filling nests, small imperfections in corners and edges, creation and finishing of hollow edges (edges), joints and coatings.
• Suitable for use in bearing masonry before the application of the Inorganic Matrix Fibrogridgic System or other traditional masonry reinforcement methods
• Suitable for use as masonry construction mortar and as a leveling mortar
• Suitable for use as a coating mortar with mesh encasement (Sika® Fibernet, 110gr/m2).
• Suitable as a general purpose mortar (type GP CS-IV, according to EN 998-1) for coatings in internal and external applications.
• Suitable for repair work (Principle 3, method 3.1 of EN 1504-9). Repair of crushed and damaged concrete in building non-structural applications
• Suitable for maintaining or restoring passivity (principle 7, method 7.2 of EN 1504-9). Increase the thickness of the coating with additional mortar and replacement of contaminated or carbonated concrete (for non-structural applications)

CHARACTERISTICS / ADVANTAGES

• Class R2 according to EN 1504-3
• General purpose mortar (GP), according to EN 998-1
• Ideal for large thickness applications - between 5mm and 60mm (per layer)
• Excellent workability, thixotropy and finishing ability
• Good dimensional stability, does not sag even in a large thickness of application
• Low measure of elasticity: the product is compatible with the deformation of the toichoscope - without detachment
• Suitable for non-structural local repairs in concrete of low to medium strength class, due to a similar measure of elasticity
• Reduced consumption thanks to its special light weighted composition
• Very good adhesion to porous substrates, such as bricks, natural rocks, concrete, etc.
