FEATURES:

High-strength pressed tongs made of forged and highly hardened special steel.
The crimp contours of the REMS press tweezers are adapted to the respective system and correspond to the crimping contours of the respective pressurized adjustment systems. 
This ensures flawless and safe pressing, compatible with the respective system.
Crimping jaws of the pressing forceps with a mechanically curved press contour precisely processed in CNC processing centers. 
This significantly reduces production tolerances than in simple cast press contours.
Traceability according to EN 1775:2007

REMS press tongs/rings with press contour M, V, SA, B, HR and UP have a specific marking on the press contour, which after the pressing process, leaves an imprint right on the pressed connection. 
Thus, the operator can check even after the press procedure whether the appropriate press forceps or the appropriate press ring were used to create the pressed connection. 
With this traceability, REMS meets the recommendations of the European Standard EN 1775:2007 for the installation of pressurized gas adjustment systems.
