Abrasive sponge of the benman company. 
The sponges are available in many grain sizes or at different levels of hardness, which cover all your repair and construction needs and due to their foam core they are very flexible. 
They can be used many times and are suitable for use before new painting or for already painted surfaces. 
Grinding grains (granulation), contained per square millimeter in the product, amount to K180. 
The larger the size of sandpaper, the higher the density of grains per square millimeter. 
So in small numbers (e.g. 24, 36, 40...), we have few grains but large diameter that make them ideal for quickly smoothing rough surfaces, while in large numbers (e.g. 180, 220, 320...), we have more grains with a smaller diameter and they are ideal for intense grinding and smooth finishing. 
You should also know that when rubbing with the sander the action is clearly greater than with the hand.
