VITEX - Diaxyl Plus / Water Wood Impregnation Varnish No 2506 OREGON 750ml - 01836

Protective and decorative polyurethane-based water wood varnish for interior and exterior surfaces. Due to its special composition, it effectively prevents the growth of mold and fungi in its membrane. It impregnates wood, forming a thin film but at the same time allowing it to breathe. It follows the contractions of wood due to its elasticity and protects it from moisture and UV radiation.

Available colorless and in 11 natural shades.

PREPARATORY WORK

Surfaces should be clean, dry, free of resin, oil or old varnishes. On new wooden surfaces, wood preservative Diaxyl Water colorless or Diaxyl Extra is applied to protect against fungi and insects.

 

APPLICATION

The product is thoroughly stirred before use. It is applied in one or two layers with a brush, roller or gun without dilution. It should not be applied at temperatures below 5°C, higher than 35°C and/or relative humidity above 80% or when wood humidity exceeds 18%.

The product is dry to the touch in 2-3 hours and repainted after 24 hours. These times vary depending on weather conditions (relative humidity and temperature). The final shade depends on the natural color and absorbency of wood, as well as on the number of layers of Diaxyl Plus Water.

The tools are cleaned immediately after use with water and, if necessary, with soap or detergent.
