VIVEDUR WATER PRIMER is a transparent acrylic water primer for walls, with strong adhesion and high penetration. It is odorless, friendly to the environment and the user and therefore recommended for priming indoor spaces and especially for enclosed spaces that are inhabited. VIVEDUR WATER PRIMER is suitable for the preparation of new surfaces painted with plastic paints, such as plaster, concrete, bricks, spatula walls. In addition, it strengthens and insulates porous surfaces painted with lime, glue or low-quality old paints and ensures better adhesion and spread for the final color.

Type: Transparent acrylic water-based primer Specific gravity: 1,02 ± 0,02 g/cm3 (ISO 2811) Viscosity: 54 ± 6 sec (FORD CUP 2)6 sec (FORD CUP 2) Method of application: Roller, brush or airless gun. Dilution: 50-100% pure water depending on surface absorbency. Yield: Approx. 15-20m² per liter per layer (dilution with water 50% to 100% respectively), depending on surface absorbency Drying: To the touch in 1 hour and repainted after 4 hours. These times vary depending on weather conditions (humidity, temperature). Storage: Store at a temperature of 5°C to 40°C.

SURFACE PREPARATION

Surfaces must be clean, dry and free from defective or poor consistency materials, dust, oils and salts. · Treatment such as dry sanding, using flame to cut or weld painted surfaces will create dust and/or dangerous fumes. Liquid scrubbing should be used where possible. Work in a well-ventilated area. Use appropriate means to protect breathing. · For puttying and spatulating surfaces: Use NEOPAL STUCCO.

APPLICATION

Apply a hand PRIMER VIVEDUR WATER diluted 100% with clean water. For highly absorbent surfaces dilute up to 50% with clean water. · Stir well before use. · Ensure good ventilation during application and drying. · Application and drying at a temperature of 10°C to 35°C.
