Properties: fast freezing cement, which hardens in a few minutes. It develops its mechanical strength from the first seconds of its involvement with water. Its machining time is 1-2 minutes at 23 °C and its hardening is reached in 3 minutes. It is susceptible to immediate strain, is impermeable, resistant to ice and does not shrink. It does not contain chlorides or other corrosive ingredients and does not corrode the reinforcement of the concrete. It can be mixed with sand – gravel and common cement in various proportions, so as to influence and regulate the clotting time, giving high early resistance, without shrinkage and increased tightness of the hardened product. Minimizing the clotting time, depending on the construction requirement, results in a significant reduction in the likelihood of damage caused by frost.

Applications: durofast, only with the addition of water, is used for direct sealing of surface water leaks in tanks, wells, pipelines and cement pipes. It secures support poles for railings, barbed wire mounting columns, signs etc. It is ideal for quick fastening on hydraulic and electrical works. It solidifies even in the water without losing its endurance.

Use: for leaks, Pour durofast into clean water, at a ratio of about 30% of its weight, depending on the application. It is not recommended to prepare a larger quantity than we can use within 1.5 minute, if it is an instantaneous sealing.

Quickly stir the homogenized mixture in clay form and press it firmly at the application site for about 1 minute, until it hardens. For sealing, filling or creating a rapid cement mortar, the following indicative table identifies the acceleration of coagulation of the screed and the corresponding mechanical strengths.
