VIVEDUR BLOCK is a white, acrylic insulating water substrate, suitable for all interior and exterior building surfaces. Insulates and covers stains from tobacco, nicotine, yellowness, water-soluble markers, coffee, juice, old moisture, and other pollutants. It has high coverage, great performance and strong adhesion. It does not contain ammonia and is low odor. It insulates water-soluble pollutants and prevents their migration to the final layer of paint, while allowing the surface to breathe, removing moisture. It is easy to apply, and dries quickly. It presents an even matte surface, ensuring an excellent finish in the final color. It is repainted with water-soluble plastic and acrylic paints.

Type: Acrylic water substrate. Method of application: Roller, brush or airless gun. Dilution: Up to 10% with clean water. Yield: Approximately 11 m² per liter per layer, on properly prepared surfaces. Drying: To the touch in 1 hour and repainted after 2 hours. These times vary depending on weather conditions (humidity, temperature). Shades: Available in white. Storage: Store at a temperature of 5°C to 40°C. 

SURFACE PREPARATION

Surfaces must be clean, dry and free from defective or poor consistency materials, dust, oils and salts. · Treatment such as dry sanding, using flame to cut or weld painted surfaces will create dust and/or dangerous fumes. Liquid scrubbing should be used where possible. Work in a well-ventilated area. Use appropriate means to protect breathing. · For puttying and spatulating surfaces: Use NEOPAL STUCCO. 

APPLICATION

Dilute up to 10% pure water and stir well before use. On intensely stained surfaces it is recommended to apply unstained. · Apply 1-2 hands VIVEDUR BLOCK. It is repainted after 2 hours but on soiled surfaces it is recommended to repaint at least 24 hours later or more, to better insulate the contaminants. · Ensure good ventilation during application and drying. · Application and drying at a temperature of 10°C to 35°C.
